Earlier this year I became an official member of the DW family endorsing the full line of drums and hardware. My love affair with Drum Workshop gear started with the first DW Collectors Series kit I purchased in 1998, which I still have and continue to use today. Since then my collection of DW drums has grown and, over the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with the unbelievable staff that makes up what I believe to be one of the most well-run companies (not limited to drums) on the planet. Their passion for pushing the envelope of how drums are built, the resulting sonic options that seem to be endless, the intelligence of the hardware design, and the family atmosphere they create… I can’t imagine endorsing any other drum company. I’m beyond thrilled to be a part of the DW artist roster. Much thanks to John Good, Scott Macartney, Scott Garrison and all the folks at Drum Workshop.

Laith Al-Saadi was featured on Last with Carson Daly on NBC this week.  As usual Laith is extremely well-spoken discussing his music, the state of the industry, his love for the telecaster, and his time on The Voice this year. Live performance footage is from a show we performed in Ann Arbor, MI over the summer.

On 11/29/16 Detroit Performs aired episode 503 on Detroit Public Television, a feature on Josie Pace. The segment shows us working behind the scenes on the set of the “Battleground” video, parts of the “Torn” video, working in the recording studio, and some interviews. Watch the episode here.

I’m very excited to be on the NYE shows with Laith Al-Saadi at the wonderful Lexington Village Theater. We played this venue last July and had a great experience. We’ll be playing two shows on Dec 31. Find tickets now!
