Attending the Sunset Film Festival in Los Angeles for the film “To Hell And Gone”. Audio post work can be lonely. Months of studio time working on dialog editing, creating the sound design, and mixing the film… It was lovely to finally meet a lot of the cast and crew that worked hard to make this film and see it on the big screen. For those who know me personally, you know I was born and raised in the small village of Carleton, MI. It’s not too often I get the opportunity to play a big rock n roll show in that vicinity as it’s usually bigger cities in Michigan like Detroit or Ann Arbor. So I’m pleased to announce that I’ll be behind the drum kit for Laith Al-Saadi on Dec 1 at the Meyer Theater in Monroe, the neighboring town from Carleton. Hoping to see old friends and family at this one for sure.
